Story Behind Bio Indigo PReRTM
The indigo dyeing technique has been prevailing since ancient times, and it is still surviving through many artisans all around the world, especially in countries like India, China, Japan, Turkey and many other places, Indigo dyes are also resisting in Iran and Persia.Those indigo vats are 100, 200, 300 years old, and so on.
In those vats, the indigo is available in its natural structure without using Alkali or Hydrosulphite. At the same time, since the innovation of synthetic liquid indigo, all the dyeing mills and the denim industry have adopted dyeing with liquid indigo as they feel more convenient and familiar with dyeing with liquid indigo.
The gap was that the natural indigo in fermented form was available, but it was a tough task to preserve it in the reduced form and supply it to their mills as reduced indigo.
