YARN DYEING

Rope Dyeing: Rope dyeing is the process of dyeing yarns in bundles of a certain number of ropes. The Rope dyeing machine prepares the yarns into a rope form and then quickly gets dipped into Bio Indigo® baths. It is known as the best method for dyeing denim yarn.

The short dyeing duration prevents the maximum penetration of Indigo into the fibers. Thus, it creates a ring-dyed yarn which gives fine-cut effects and is better than fully-dyed yarn.

Both of our indigo dyes, Bio Indigo® (Powder Form) and Bio Indigo PReRTM (Liquid Form) can be used on rope dyeing at commercial scales without any problem.

On Rope Dyeing and Slasher Dyeing, dyeing with Bio Indigo® was difficult because the process was meant for chemical Indigo. But still it was adaptable, and purity was the only concern. It is undoable and seen as a thing which is not possible easily when we talk of dyeing on Rope with other natural dyes except indigo.

At AMA Herbal, we have worked extensively for it and developed a dyeing process with natural dyes, even on the Rope Dyeing. It allows the person to do the Bottoming and Topping of natural indigo to establish different shades. It is now a patented process of AMA Herbal Laboratories Pvt. Ltd.

Hank Dyeing: Hank Dyeing is used for dyeing Cotton, Silk, or Woolen yarn for various applications. Natural dyes are successful in these processes also.
